General Contracting
You own the plans. We own everything it takes to build them right.

Anyone can swing a hammer. The hard part is the builder who shows up, holds the line on your drawings, handles the city, and finishes the job. That is why owners across the five boroughs and Long Island hand us their approved plans and get back exactly what they paid an architect to draw. No improvising. No vanishing crews. No surprises buried in the final invoice.
Precision
Between approved plans and a finished space, a thousand small decisions get made. We build to your drawings down to the detail, and when something on paper will not work in the field, you hear it before it costs you. Your architect's intent survives all the way from demo to final coat.

New York grit
Narrow lots, century-old buildings, shared walls, and a permit process that humbles anyone who does not know it cold. We do not tolerate those conditions, we are built for them. Brooklyn brownstones, Queens additions, Bronx commercial gut jobs. The tighter the site and the stricter the rules, the more two decades of doing this pays off.
Permits and inspections
We pull your permits through DOB NOW, post them before a single tool comes out, and coordinate every inspection as the work hits each stage. When the job is done, we close it clean with your Letter of Completion or Certificate of Occupancy. No open permits left to haunt you at resale.

How it works
Everything above the line is yours. Everything below is ours.
